Hunter KnolMayer
Hunter Knolmayer was born in Point Pleasant, New Jersey in 1990. He was always intrigued with art and acquired a passion for creating in his wee years. Drawing was a daily routine, and became his addiction and his purpose. In 2008, Hunter began attending Ocean County College, In Toms River, New Jersey. He enrolled in art and design classes going towards two degrees in Visual Communication Technologies; one in Computer Graphics, the other in Photography. Though he was excelling in school, the art of tattooing presented itself to him and there was no turning back. Hunter moved to San Diego in 2011, and has tattooed at numerous shops since then. He went back to school and acquired a Fine Arts degree at Mesa College in 2014. Hunter likes doing a variety of tattoos including: Biomechanical and Bioorganic, Illustrative, Sacred Geometry and dot work, smooth black and grey and more.
