Hi! My name is Anna Brown, and I was fortunate to be born in the vibrant city of Oakland, California. However, my upbringing has been firmly rooted in the sunny landscapes and laid-back vibes of San Diego, where I have spent my entire life. My journey as a tattoo artist began in the summer of 2021, when I embarked on an apprenticeship at Funhouse Tattoo. This invaluable experience allowed me to immerse myself in the rich world of tattooing and learn from seasoned professionals in the industry. I dedicated myself to honing my craft, absorbing knowledge, and mastering the artistry required to create stunning tattoos.

After two years of intense dedication and hard work, I successfully completed my apprenticeship in the summer of 2023. This milestone marked a significant turning point in my career as I emerged with a newfound confidence and expertise. Throughout my training, I delved into various tattoo styles, with a particular emphasis on Fine line. The precision and intricate details involved in this style have always resonated with me, and I derive immense satisfaction from creating finely detailed pieces of art on the skin. However, my artistic inclinations extend beyond Fine line. I have also developed a deep appreciation for neo-traditional and black and gray tattoos. These styles allow me to explore bold lines, shading techniques, and a unique blend of traditional and contemporary elements. Besides these styles, I possess a natural attraction to create sweet and dainty tattoos. There’s something truly delightful about crafting small, delicate designs that carry heartfelt meanings for my clients. This ability to capture their stories in miniature form brings me immense joy.
